In-Home Sales Consultant – Roofing & Exterior Services
Roof Scientist Charlotte is looking for an In-Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the Charlotte market. This person will actively engage homeowners and prospective customers to provide roofing repair, restoration, and replacement solutions through a professional, customer-focused sales process.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, motivated by helping customers, and passionate about contributing to the growth of a fast-moving home services company. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and creating solutions rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate, promote, and sell Roof Scientist Charlotte’s services by educating homeowners on roof repair, restoration, and replacement options
• Develop and foster customer relationships through strong communication, follow-up, and professionalism
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Track customer interactions and pipeline activity within CRM systems
• Stay informed on roofing industry trends, products, and company offerings
• Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, and community relationship building
• Represent the Roof Scientist brand professionally throughout the Charlotte market
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or relationship-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Organized with strong follow-up habits
• Comfortable learning new technology and CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Backgrounds in home improvement, real estate, hospitality, retail, solar, HVAC, or outside sales are encouraged to apply
